What data we process
For a booking or quote request we process the data you provide: first and last name, email address and phone number, pick-up and destination address, date and time, number of passengers, vehicle and luggage details, flight or train data where applicable, and your notes. When you visit the website, technical access data (server log files such as IP address, date/time, page requested) is also processed.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to handle and carry out your booking or quote request and to communicate with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract performance and pre-contractual measures). Technical access data is processed for the secure provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Where statutory retention obligations exist, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Data sharing
To carry out your ride we pass the necessary booking data to our booking and dispatch system (InnRide, operated via app.innride.at), which acts as a processor on our behalf. Data is shared with other third parties only where necessary for contract performance or required by law. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
Cookies and server log files
The website uses only technically necessary means to provide its core functions. Server log files are created automatically and serve security and error analysis. No advertising tracking takes place.
Retention period
We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Data subject to statutory retention obligations (in particular tax and commercial law periods) is retained for the duration of those periods and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, a message to office@taxifuchs.com is sufficient.
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data transmission on the website is encrypted.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
